TAMMI GISLASON (NEE CHALK)
It is with immense sadness that we share the loss of someone who meant so much to the Caledon Minor Baseball community.
Tammi Gislason (nee Chalk) passed away on Saturday, July 26th, 2025.
We are heartbroken.
Tammi served on the Caledon Minor Baseball board as Secretary from 2015 to 2018, and as Treasurer from 2019 until her passing.
From 2017 to 2021, she was also actively involved in the Challenger program.
Tammi played a key role in organizing the annual Closing Day event for House League and continued to support the league even after her son finished playing.
She spent 10 years as a dedicated team manager, always going above and beyond to make things special for the players.
Her love and care showed in every detail.
The world has lost an amazing person whose kindness, dedication, and spirit left a lasting mark on everyone who knew her.
Tammi will be deeply missed, but never forgotten.
